Welcome to clinical scenario 2B. This scenario relates to a review patient seen in Orthoptics with symptoms of headaches, eye strain and blurred vision. No explanation for her symptoms was found at her last appointment. She has returned today for the planned review. Please work through all sections of the scenario in the order they are presented.
Learning Objectives:
- Consider the presentation of a review adult patient and interpret the clinical findings from their last appointment.
- Decide what further tests should be done to ensure a thorough investigation
- Consider how and why these tests would help you come to a diagnosis
- Based on your findings, formulate an appropriate management plan, considering all options available
