Welcome to working in the UK and the NHS, arguably the greatest healthcare system in the world. Some of you will have been working here for some time, for others it will be a new experience. Working in a different healthcare system and consulting in a different language is not something I could do, and I have huge respect for every one of you.
Your journeys to this point will have been different. For some, working in the UK will have been a goal, an endpoint, a success. It is also a success for the UK. We need you!
