An Introduction to Strengths-Based Conversations
This training is designed to give you an introduction to strengths-based conversations and how you can use these with your patients.
Learning Objectives:
- Define what strengths-based conversations are.
- Help you understand why they are important.
- Help you understand how it can help you and your patients.
- Support your ability to take positive risks through strengths-based conversations.
- Support you to get people back to their usual place of residence (home).
- Help you to give individuals control over the next stage of their journey and acknowledging that people are the expert in their own lives.
- Provide practical examples and advice on how to start having strength-based conversations.
