5 out of 5 (1 rating)

Any placement within the health and social care setting can be stressful for a student, and anyone working within the health and social care arena can be at risk of ‘burn out’ and have their resilience tested. In this module we aim to look at what resilience is, and how we can help students improve their resilience and coping strategies more effectively to create a more resilient worker ready for clinical practice.
