This session provides learners with an opportunity to understand values and culture in the context of keyworking. It looks at the challenges in maintaining values and culture and outlines the barriers to putting these into practice, as well as discussing solutions.
It also investigates how keyworking can help to shape and develop high aspirations for the children and young people that will access the service.
