This session concerns the use of mobile x-ray equipment in a ward environment and is aimed at nurses or other staff working on wards or other environments where such work is undertaken. This session does not cover patients who have had nuclear medicine examinations (and may, therefore, be radioactive), or patients being given treatment with radioactive sources. There are separate sessions covering these other uses. This session was reviewed by Eugenia Kulama and updated in November 2020.
