The digital learning disability and autism risk assessment has been in development by the LDA team for the last few years. The aim of the assessment is to give ward-based clinicians some tools and support to offer help and guidance for patients with learning disabilities autism or both. The tool has been co-produced with the wider MDTs to answer the “so what?” element of caring for patients. If you find out a patient has a particular support need, then the form will offer some advice on how to help them.
