TRANSITIONING FROM A CLINICAL TO AN EXECUTIVE ROLE OCT24
It is important to consider how the impact of transitioning from a clinical to an executive role will impact you both practically and emotionally. The nature of executive roles means that the transition typically happens later in a career, meaning relationships, habits, ways of working and identity are very well established when the transition happens. As far as possible, it’s important to think about the impact in advance, plan for a smooth transition and ensure support is in place throughout.
