HOW TO ANSWER HYPOTHETICAL QUESTIONS

Interviewers will use a range of types of questions during the interview. Hypothetical questions are asked so that the interviewer can see how you would handle a situation in their world. They are also used to determine your approach and can be a great way of evidencing your leadership style and values.

The problem for the interviewees is how to prepare for a random question. This document provides techniques for dealing with hypothetical questions you may be asked in interview.
