Not yet rated

Interview and assessment processes for senior posts can take many forms. Here are a few tips on how to manage the various stages in the final panel interview process.

When you are called for a final panel interview, it is worth spending time understanding the various parts of the process that you will undergo. As well as the formal panel interview itself, there are often more informal elements of the process such as stakeholder meetings, presentations and site visits. On occasions, shortlisted candidates will be brought together as a group, sometimes informally, sometimes formally. Understanding the format of these sessions and the importance or weight they will carry in the eventual decision will help you to approach them successfully.
