NEEDS AND WANTS ACTIVITY
When you are considering your future job options, it can be helpful to differentiate between wants and needs. What’s non-negotiable (needs) and what’s desirable but not essential (wants). Do the exercise instinctively at first and then challenge your thinking. This can then be used to cross-reference against potential roles of interest.
