The Personalised Care Institute provides quality-assured personalised care training. Access short modules for free online and get a Certificate of Learning for every completed module. Current eLearning includes:

  • Core Skills in Personalised Care (60 mins) - build core foundational knowledge on how to deliver personalised care, understand your own strengths and core capabilities, gain experience of important tools in delivering personalised care.
  • Shared Decision Making (30 mins) - align your practice to GMC guidance and consent and NICE recommendations, understand how SDM can improve your practice and lead to better patient outcomes, learn how to embed SDM in everyday conversations.
  • Personalised Care and Support Planning (45 mins) - understand the key criteria for a good personalised care and support plan, know the key stages of a personalised care and support planning process,be able to see the changes needed for planning to be more personalised.
  • Personalised Care and Support Planning for Maternity (30 mins) - refresh and update your knowledge of the national guidance for informed decision-making during antenatal care and delivery, be introduced to practical tools and techniques, understand the legal implications of shared decision making.
