The aim of this module is to raise awareness of the physiological and psychological effects of trauma on children and young people.
By the end of the module, you will be able to:
- Recognise how the body responds to trauma
- Recognise how trauma affects the developing brain
- Identify how trauma affects relationships
- Recognise the long-term effects of unresolved trauma
