Objectives
For Learners to gain an understanding of:
- - Understand what is meant by large scale change
- - Understand the stages of the process
- - Understand the Change curve and be aware of how this can be a useful tool during the transition process
- - Understand the importance of clear communication during the process
- - Recognising the human emotional responses to large scale change
