To support all health and social care staff including GPs across the borough of Croydon to improve their diabetes skills and knowledge, reduce variation in practice, promote safer patient care, improved outcomes, and to avoid attendances to emergency department, and support early discharge from hospital and to deliver care closer to patient’s home.

To use CDEP topics as an action plan regarding diabetes related incidents reported via RADAR.

For Healthcare Professionals to use the CDEP topics to increase their CPD hours towards their Revalidation and as a precursor to completing the Diabetes module via any University.

The minimum level for staff who have any contact with people living with diabetes.

Ideal for HCAs, receptionists, students, psychologists, care workers etc.
