Not yet rated

This handbook has been developed to guide organisations, particularly programme management teams, in successfully implementing the Inclusive Reciprocal Mentoring Programme and to achieve their EDI objectives. While the focus of this handbook is on delivering the online version of the programme, many of the principles and recommendations can also be applied to face-to-face delivery by our trained reciprocal mentoring facilitators.
