This resource is aimed at healthcare professionals working in cancer care and provides fictional role profiles mapped to the ACCEND framework across registration, enhanced and advanced levels of practice. It explores career journeys, qualifications, skills and aspirations of roles such as physiotherapists, nurses, dietitians and psychologists, structured around the 4 pillars of practice: clinical, education, leadership and research. Learners are supported to identify progression pathways, educational opportunities and strategies for aligning their development with the competencies required for diverse roles within the cancer workforce.
