Insertion and Care of a Nasogastric Tube eLearning
The elearning is aimed registered Band 4,5, 6, 7 and 8 staff who will be caring for and managing a nasogastric tube in adult patients within CFT.
The overall aim of this elearning is to enable acquisition of the knowledge and skills to perform this procedure safely and competently without supervision, once assessed and deemed competent.
On completion of assessment via elearning or clinical skills.net, this can be recorded via the Education and Training Department to update the record.
