Case Study: Search Techniques Training

Not yet rated

This case study covers the development of a dynamic learning environment to support staff with Search Techniques Training.

Hospitals require procedures for safely conducting searches of patients, their belongings, or rooms. Clinical staff need the skills and confidence to carry out therapeutic searches, but traditional training methods can be costly, resource intensive and require specialised facilities. Creating a new dynamic learning environment where staff can safely navigate a room search scenario to identify hazards, will complement trainer-led sessions and serve as a standalone tool for new and existing staff to train and refresh skills independently.
