Management and Leadership Skills Programme
An e-learning for health programme for Management and Leadership skills, modules designed to develop knowledge and understanding of a range of management and leadership topics, using real life examples to reinforce understanding of the key principles.
Programme modules include appraisal skills, coaching skills, dealing with difficult people, innovation in the workplace, managing stress in the workplace and service improvement.
Group sessions can be arranged as appropriate.
