Sophie is a first year ODP learner. Sophie has now been in training for around 2 months, and is seeking some further practice and guidance around some of her competencies. She’s just located her supervisor in one of the recovery bays. In this second video, we revisit these colleague interactions again. What happens differently this time? How does Sophie’s response change, and how does this affect the conversation?
