Upon completion of the elearning - next steps
The Freedom to Speak Up Guardian Foundation Training requires a reflective conversation within 3 months of completing e-learning to ensure readiness for the role. This conversation supports understanding of the role’s proactive and reactive duties and the support available.
The conversation, lasting 30 to 45 minutes, covers topics such as case recording, data submission, and role expectations.
It reviews support structures, including ring-fenced time, case management systems, and wellbeing resources.
Participants discuss their network connections, case feedback, and personal development, documenting the conversation for verification.
