Cultural Awareness for Educators - E-Learning Package

Course Aim
This e-learning package is intended for use across both clinical and no-clinical environments. It supports educators to explore and develop cultural humility, a reflective, ongoing practice that goes beyond cultural awareness. Educators will be encouraged to examine their own assumptions and biases, strengthen inclusive teaching practice, and createequitablelearning environments for every learner they support.
Learning Outcomes
- Identifythe key concepts that define cultural awareness and humility.
- Recognise how the key concepts of cultural humility work together in everyday interactions and decisions andidentifybehaviours that support inclusive training and learning environments.
- Identifypractical actions that promote inclusive training and learning environments through the application of cultural humility.
