Emergency Department Workforce Skills Optimisation Resource
This resource has been developed as part of the London HEE Urgent and Emergency Care Programme to support workforce redesign. It includes an excel tool that departments can use to review their current team and whether there are opportunities for reconsidering the way in which different roles are used. It also includes a narrative document with examples of different roles and how they can contribute to the emergency care pathway.
