The aim of this guide:
To provide Health Professionals, within our Trust, basic awareness of Special Educational Needs & Disability (SEND) Code Of Practice (COP), focussing on the EHCP process.
This will enable staff to carry out their roles and responsibilities in relation to the SEND code of practice (COP) and also to confidently exercise their duties in line with SEND COP
to improve outcomes for children with SEND COP.
