Diabetic Retinopathy
This digital learning for eye conditions experience is unique in having been authored by a series of consultants and medical practitioners from Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, who are at the forefront of research and treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy.
This learning experience has been developed so that is accessible to everyone including, patients, carers as well as technicians.
Part 1 - Introduction.
This section introduces the two main diabetic conditions. You will learn about how these conditions affect your vision, how the conditions progress and much more.
Part 2 - What can I do?
This section looks at how you can prevent complications, manage your medications and the treatments available.
Part 3 - What have other patients done?
This section is composed of advice for you from other diabetic patients. Learn from their advice and their tips for living with diabetic retinopathy.
