This programme is led by Tom Abell, EEAST's Chief Executive Officer to raise awareness, call out and stop any inappropriate behaviour happening here within EEAST. This session has specifically been informed by our people who have experienced Sexual Harassment in the workplace and other inappropriate behaviours that will not be tolerated. Includes the Scale of the Issue, what we are doing to address it and consequences for anyone deemed to be found behaving inappropriately.
