This master class is useful to all health care professionals who are involved in decision  making in relation to patient care and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 or who have a general interest in  this subject. It is led by barrister Tim Spencer- Lane who discusses a number of case studies and case law relating to Deprivation  of Liberty Safeguards and Best interest decision making.
