Why should we care about Quality improvement (QI?)
· QI is a philosophy of how you improve things in healthcare and starts with a positive attitude towards continuous improvement.
· QI involves use of systematic approach and tools to monitor, assess and improve the standards and quality of care
· QI is about making health care safe, effective, patient-centred, timely, efficient and equitable
· QI in healthcare aim to continuously improve outcomes for patients, and the patient experience
How will QI E-learning work?
· QI module is broken down into small components (units) to make it easier for you to personalise the learning
· We have created variety of resources covering different facet of the course including e-learning module, videos, and games to make the course engaging and effective as possible
· At the end of the training there will be a quiz and upon successful completion of the module you will receive a certificate
