Medical Cannabis and Health Equity
This podcast series explores the intersection of health equity and the medical cannabis industry in the United Kingdom. It critically examines how the current model of medical cannabis access, regulation, and practice perpetuates systemic inequalities—particularly for communities most harmed by historic and ongoing drug prohibition policies. Through expert interviews, lived experience narratives, and global comparative insights, the project challenges prevailing assumptions and highlights the urgent need to embed equity, justice, and evidence-informed policy in the evolving medical cannabis landscape.
