Greater Manchester Shared Services - Building Customer Excellence
This course will explore your relationships with the following as well as an opportunity for self discovery:
- Your customers
- Your organisation
- Your colleagues
- Your development
Once you have completed this module, you will attend an interactive face to face or virtually delivered training session where we will look at the topics in more detail and where you will have the opportunity to put into practice some of the theory. We will make reference to the training session throughout the module, these will be highlighted in a different font colour.
Following this, you will be expected to develop and present a Service Improvement Plan based on your knowledge and learning from the course. We will discuss this in more detail with you at the face to face or virtually delivered session.
