Hull Improvement approach
We are the HIP Team (Hospital Improvement Programme) at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
We use the Hull Improvement Approach within the Trust, delivering training to a wide variety of staff groups to enable them to make improvements in their area of work.
