Covid recovery curriculum teacher training
This is an online teacher training session designed to support students’ mental health and well-being as part of the post COVID-19 recovery curriculum.
The session enables teachers to identify vulnerable young people in their classes, particularly those living with parental mental illness. It includes practical tips for supporting these young people and helps to build staff's confidence in tackling the issues of mental health and mental illness.
This training is recommended for designated safeguarding leads, but is suitable for all staff in direct contact with young people in both Primary and Secondary school settings.
