- discuss the importance of food safety
- identify common food hazards
- explain the difference between physical, chemical and biological food poisoning
- list the symptoms of food poisoning
- state what cross contamination is
- describe the importance of:
- good personal hygiene
- cleaning
- correct storage and disposal of waste
- pest control systems
