- This Digital Learning module underpins the NCA S.C.A.R.F. Stress Management Programme
- It aims to help support staff experiencing stress and anxiety and help you to feel more confident about recognising and supporting colleagues with their emotional wellbeing
- It will support you with raising awareness and recognising signs and symptoms associated with stress and will help you to identify coping strategies so you are able to effectively and efficiently risk assess and signpost to support available
