The module allows you to gain an understanding of preparing, writing and presenting a service specification. The content has been produced working in partnership with Yorkshire and the Humber Commercial Support Unit and is the first of two parts, the second being Submitting a Tender

By the end of this module the learner will understand what needs to be done to:

  • - Write a service specification

  • - Understand the potential bidders' perspective when responding to a service specification
