Student Led Primary Care Roadshow (Northumberland Primary Care Practices)

During the summer of 2022, Northumberland CCG and HEE NENC Enabling Effective Learning Environments collaborated to bring #NursesOnTour, a student-led health roadshow, to ten primary care practices in Northumberland. Our students were supported to deliver health checks and health promotion advice to patients.

This case study document demonstrates how Primary care practices in Northumberland have collaborated with HEE, enriching student nurse education by helping to deliver over 700 health checks to patients.
