Learn the basic features of inverted follicular keratosis (IFK), a benign hair follicle tumor. It may closely resemble (and/or be related to) irritated seborrheic keratosis. I love those gorgeous swirling whorling squamous eddies! It may sometimes get confused with SCC, particularly on superficial shave biopsies.
