As part of the summer 2022 HEE NW Education Transformation Conference colleagues from Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trustexplored how the implementation of coaching models to support placement capacity expansion has provided an opportunity to build the knowledge, confidence and capability of learners to lead and implement patient safety and quality improvement initiatives within their placement areas.
