The aim of this training is to:

  • Provide an overview of the legislation surrounding equality and diversity
  • Highlight how equality and diversity issues are all around us
  • Demonstrate the importance of understanding how and when issues can occur
  • Identify how you can access support and additional information and support
  • Explore our individual responsibilities in preventing workplace discrimination.
