The above video content aligns with the National Curriculum for High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This is a new method of delivering this type of training, which will provide high quality standardised remote opportunities to deliver core content as part of a blended approach to HIT training programme delivery.

The Cognitive Therapy for Depression training aims to support a blended approach to the delivery of High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy training. There are four parts to this training ranging between 30 minutes – 1 hour each.

Handouts developed by Dr Anne Garland, Dr Richard Moore and Dr Melanie Fennell (How to Activate Yourself) will support learners to fully complete this training.
