Resource details

This resource provides activities to boost wellbeing, kindness and compassion to use to benefit yourself and others. There are several links to free downloadable worksheets and audio files. The activities are from two best selling books:

  1. The Kindness Workbook byElaine Beaumont & Mary Welford
  2. The Compassionate Mind Workbook: A step-by-step guide to developing your compassionate self by Chris Irons and Elaine Beaumont

To learners it is often the little things that make a big difference. Your kindness and compassion towards learners may encourage them to consider employment in your organisation following completion of their programme of study.

Be kind to yourself and be kind to learners.
