Resource details

The Golden Ticket (GT) is a recruitment scheme that targets 3rd year students in their last 6 months of their programme. It eliminates the formal interview process and replaces it with an informal conversation with the ward manager to ascertain that the values of the student are aligned to the team’s and the Trust’s. The Golden Ticket is a way of easing a student's transition to practice as a registered professional.
