Reflective Tips
- What aspects of their practice as an Educator did you admire?
- How can you incorporate them into your own practice as an Educator?
- What aspects of their support did not work for you and why? How did it make you feel?
- What are the key learnings you have made?
- How will you incorporate what you have learnt into your role as an Educator in practice and how will you hold yourself to account?
Consider reflecting your answers with colleagues and/or other learners to share ideas and experiences.
