Emergency Department Skills Optimisation Tool

Not yet rated

The purpose of this tool is to support departments in optimising the skill mix. Users should enter the establishment (FTE) for the roles currently contributing to the workload within the department, and then outline which activities are undertaken (and how appropriate they are for the role) using the drop down list.  This will help to identify where tasks could potentially be redistributed across the full multi-disciplinary team.

This should be used alongside https://learninghub.nhs.uk/Resource/1993/Item
