Evidence shows that access to Schwartz Roundsfor students in Higher Educational Institustions (HEIs) forms part of the HEI pastoral offer and aids student wellbeing.Schwartz Rounds are beneficial in supporting healthcare students whilst in training, they can help students to feel less isolated, normalise strong emotions that arise from working clinically and help them to appreciate the roles and contributions of others in the healthcare workforce.
