HEE Lessons Learnt. Developing Virtual Reality (AHP 360) Recording
This session is being delivered by Marie-Clare who is an Advanced Musculoskeletal Specialist Physiotherapist and Virtual Reality Consultant in healthcare. She has previously worked with Health Education England, within the HEE AHP Programme. Through this experience and her passion for technology, she identified an opportunity to assist in the promotion of AHP areas considered ‘small and vulnerable’ such as, prosthetic and orthotic.
By the end of the session:
1. You will understand how and why the VRs were created
2. Gained an understanding of lessons learnt, challenges faced and how these were resolved
3. Understand how emerging technology can complement face-to-face delivery or act as an alternative.
