Not yet rated

Since 2015, social enterprise Pathway Careers Training & Mentoring (CTM) has developed an award-winning employability programme for students aged 15-19+, helping young people to make informed decisions about their next steps post GCSE and A-Level.

During this event Pathway CTM:
• Shared how and why the Pathway CTM Programme was created and how it can benefit both young people and the NHS’ priorities (such as 50,000 nurses target)
• Show how the employability programme works from start to finish for the student user journey and tailored support throughout, including their impact with teachers and parents
• Provided expertise in understanding young people and education, with some of the core lessons learnt from the work carried out within healthcare already.
