An introduction to the COVID-19 Data Portal
TheCOVID-19 Data Portalwas launched in April 2020 to bring together relevant datasets and tools for sharing and analysis in an effort to accelerate coronavirus research. It enables researchers to upload, access and analyse COVID-19 related reference data and specialist datasets.
This webinar will provide an introduction to the COVID-19 Data Portal, discuss the kind of data that is made available and include a demonstration of how to access data.
Who is this course for?
This webinar is for anyone interested in using the COVID-19 Data Portal. No prior knowledge of bioinformatics is required, but an undergraduate level knowledge of biology would be useful.It is part of theEOSC-Lifeproject;EOSC-Life has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme under grant agreement number 824087.
