The Preceptorship guidance has been structured on Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals (DBTH) preceptorship programme and Health Education England’s (HEE) preceptorship standards (2015). The document is intended to supplement any mentorship/educator training that you may have previously undertaken. It can be used in conjunction with HEE Yorkshire & Humber’s eLearning module.
